Your responsibilities
- Shape and further develop our sales strategy for innovative products
- Closely collaborate with practice partners who enrich our development area
- Develop and optimize sales strategies for sustainable market penetration
- Build and expand our sales network, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises outside urban areas
- Identify potential customers and deliver compelling presentations of our in-novations
- Provide individual and competent support to our customers

What you should bring
- Experience in building and developing the sales of complex B2B products or services
- Ideally an ongoing business administration studies with a focus on marke-ting or a comparable qualification
- Enthusiasm for innovative, sustainable solutions and the desire to change the world of work
- Independent, structured working style and enjoyment of creative strategy development
- Strong communication skills and persuasiveness
- Team spirit, initiative, openness and internationality
- Ideally proficiency in additional languages besides English

- Support of our employees in all administrative tasks
- Literature and database research as well as the establishment and maintenance of our databases
- Assistance in the evaluation of scientific surveys
- Support in the organisation and implementation of events

Profile of requirements/Experience
- Independent, thorough, and results-oriented work approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Quick comprehension and organisational skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Prior knowledge of statistics programs, transcription software, and the evaluation of qualitative interviews is advantageous but not a requirement
